It was really easy to book an appointment at Baycliff. The people at the front were super nice and helped me lots. They told me all the stuff I needed to know for choosing between root canal or tooth extraction. When I got my tooth out, Dr Khan was really nice and made me feel calm. It was quick and didn’t hurt at all. I didn’t feel much pain after too. I think this place is great and I tell my friends to go here :)

I called Smile cause they got a car park which is good for me. I’m really happy I did. Dr Harpreet Mandair did lots of work on my teeth, he’s super nice and funny too. The nurses and the people at the front are really friendly. My hygenist is great! I think everyone should go here if they’re scared of the dentist. Thanks to everyone there!

This clinic is really good! The lady at the front is super nice and helps you book a time for the teeth cleaning. Nani is the hygienist and she is really great! She cleaned my teeth really good and told me how to take care of my teeth and gums. She talked to me lots so it wasn’t all quiet like it usually is. The prices are good too! I think you should go here!

Longton Dental Centre have been outstanding. I live in Stockport and contacted around 200 dental practices across Greater Manchester and within roughly 50 miles trying to find an Nhs dentist. Around 30 replied, but nearly all said they had no Nhs spaces and could only offer private treatment. Only two practices offered Nhs registration, and Longton Dental Centre was one of them. They got back to me quickly, registered me as an Nhs patient within hours, and booked me in within days, even though I was travelling from Stockport to Stoke-on-trent. At my first appointment, Dr Dauwad Arishad was professional, thorough and clear. He examined everything properly, explained what needed doing, gave practical advice, and made me feel like there was a plan. A couple of weeks later, my broken lower molar became infected and painful. I contacted the practice late at night and they called me the next morning, arranging for me to be seen the same day. Dr Sahiqa Tausif was excellent: attentive, reassuring and clear. She confirmed the infection, prescribed antibiotics, explained the next steps, and made it clear that they would bring me back sooner if the pain did not settle. When the pain became severe after the weekend, they again responded quickly and arranged to see me. The extraction was difficult. The molar had deep roots and had to be sectioned/cut before it could be removed. Dr Sahiqa Tausif, Dr Rosa Naranjo, Fatima and the team handled a difficult procedure calmly and professionally. Fatima was fantastic throughout, constantly checking I was okay, helping keep me calm, and making sure I was not in unnecessary pain. Debbie, Sallyann, Linsey, Lucy and the wider team were also extremely kind and attentive, especially when I felt unwell/tired during the visit. Debbie even called the next morning to check I had got home safely and was okay. I was treated with real care and dignity, not like an inconvenience or “just an Nhs patient. ” This is what Nhs dental care should be: professional, practical, kind and responsive. I am genuinely grateful and would strongly recommend Longton Dental Centre to anyone, Nhs or private.

Thamina is amazing, I will never go anywhere else. Professional but also a nice little social visit too! Thamina also suggested something she thought I would benefit from and this was greatly appreciated. And she never charged me for this. As I said I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I got to see Stephen for my bad wisdom tooth. My other dentist did it but it hurt lots. Stephen was really good! I thought I needed my gum cut and stuff but he got the tooth out super quick! Like in a few minutes! No more pain now! Yay! I’m so happy! Thank you Stephen!

I just got my Sure Smile braces done with Jill. I had braces before so it was a bit quicker this time. Jill was super nice and talked a lot which was good. I think the price for the braces was really good compared to other places in Aberdeen. I like how my teeth look now. Thanks Jill!

I been here two times now in like 6 months. I saw Monica, she was nice and cleaned my teeth really good. She told me what she was doing and used numbing cream cause my teeth are super sensitive. She kept asking if I was okay while she worked. Thanks for being so nice, it was really good care!
